ACS is offering training sessions on becoming a certified Basic Life Support/HeartSaver and First Aid responder. These sessions are designed to recognize emergency situations, sudden illnesses, or injuries, and respond quickly. Parents, caregivers and anyone above 12 years of age are encouraged to take the fundamental life-saving training to help keep their family and those around them safe.
Candidates who pass the course will be certified by Ellis & Associates Safety program credentials for 2 years.
The followings are some highlights of the course:
CPR for infants, children, and adults
Basics first aid
AED training
Medical emergencies such as Myocardial infarction, stroke, and hyperglycemia
Injury emergencies, such as bites and heat stroke
Courses usually take place on designated Saturdays from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
JD120 per person for the course and the certification. Payment must be made 3 days in advance.
The language of instruction can be in both English and Arabic.
